Brent Walker
As an independent insurance broker, Brent joined the Fiducia Benefits Group in 2010. He is licensed in several states as an insurance producer in life, accident, and health. Brent has more than 20 years of experience working with employee benefits. He is skilled at helping employers bring together major medical plans with ancillary and supplemental health coverage to create a well-rounded, comprehensive benefits package. Brent welcomes meeting with employers and employees to determine their needs and objectives so that he can assist them with cost-effective benefits.
Brent grew up in the Morris, MN, area and went to college at South Dakota State University. After graduating from there, he went on to live and work elsewhere in South Dakota and Minnesota for a number of years. He and his family moved back to the Morris area in 2014, where he manages the Fiducia office in Morris. An avid outdoorsmen, Brent enjoys hunting, fishing, and living life in the country.

Lee Seipp

As a Benefit Enrollment Specialist, Lee helps employees enroll in benefits while discussing questions and educating individuals on the value of their benefits, helping each person gain understanding and peace of mind in the process. Lee is licensed in Life/Accident & Health; Medicare AHIP certified; Individual & Family Plans certified and maintains licensure & certifications with annual CE courses.
Service to the community is a lifelong passion that Lee shares along with many people who make this region a wonderful place in which to live, work and play. Lee humbly received the honor of 2021 Nisswa Citizen of the Year. Lee is Co-chair of Friends of Nisswa Lake Park, a Blandin Community Leadership Alum and Past Board Chair of the Nisswa Chamber of Commerce, Crisis Line & Referral Service and Nisswa Women of Today.
She is a member of the Brainerd Noon Rotary Club, Nisswa Women’s Club, St. Christophers Catholic Church Liturgy Group, and remains grateful for the opportunity to give back and for life lessons learned through service to the community.
Lee and her husband, Terry, live in Nisswa and enjoy all the seasons of outdoor activities with family and friends. They have four married adult children and ten grandchildren, keeping life lively and fun!
